We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist member to join our team.

The primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely invoicing, and implementing effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.


What will you be doing?

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Generate and send out invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and initiate collection efforts.
  • Contact customers to remind them of their overdue payments and discuss payment plans.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries related to billing and collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications with clients.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and aging to management.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss strategies for improving the accounts receivable and collections process.

What skills, experience and education are we looking for?

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 35 years of related experience
  • Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs (EXCEL a must), and CRM/ERP software
  • Experience dealing in multicurrencies
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills with strong verbal and written skills in the English language
  • Detail oriented with a Can Do attitude
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
