    Minimum Qualifications:



    • 2+ years of experience managing or co-ordinating construction projects.

    • Superior oral and written communication skills

    • Post secondary education in business or engineering

    Preferred Qualifications:



    • Knowledge and understanding of provincial safety regulations.

    • Knowledge of Municipal and provincial construction contracts

    • Experience managing large scale construction projects

    Day in the life:


    Reporting to the general manager, you will assume full responsibility for overall project(s)performance including estimate submission, project costs, schedule, quality, and project status. This involves overseeing operations of the projects and maintaining positive relationships with the project coordinator, surveyors, sub-contractors and clients.

    You will start your days with reviewing key project milestones and resolving any urgent issues. Because you will be leading the project(s) you will be responsible for adhering to the budget and time constraints.

    The overarching objective of your role will be to ensure meeting strict deadlines while maintain high standards of the project and client satisfaction.
