As Spring's Content Marketer, you are responsible for planning, creating, and sharing content across all digital marketing channels to grow our audience, relationships and community.
We are seeking someone who is passionate about the world of social entrepreneurship and impact investing and is confident that they can create content that resonates with the entrepreneurs and investors we serve.
This role requires someone with a few years of experience working in digital marketing and who has a passion for communications.
You understand how to balance feedback and integrate multiple perspectives into writing copy, creating graphics, social videos, and social media posts.

What you will be doing:
Becoming a Content Marketer at Spring is an exciting and inspiring opportunity. If you have a major desire to change the world and make an impact
Write blogs, program packs, webpages, and other program assets integrating stories, testimonials, and images that are best positioned to present the brand value proposition in our brand voice.

Content Strategy and ManagementWork with Marketing Manager to develop a content marketing plan to support Spring's programs and marketing plans.
Work with the Marketing Manager to maintain a content calendar.
Create standard templates and visuals for all marketing channels.

WebsiteCreate and update webpages, landing pages, and blogs in WordPress and HubSpot including writing conversion copy.
Execute weekly quality assurance process for the Spring website. Identify and troubleshoot issues. Work with our Web Developer for more challenging issues.

- Enjoy working with various teams to develop content that converts.
- Organized, have an eye for aesthetics and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced with digital marketing and have a passion for brand marketing.
- Have previous experience developing content for paid digital channels (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google)

Total compensation plan
- This is a fulltime position with a salary of $65,000 with participation in Spring's annual Bonus Plan.
- Spring's Benefits Package and annual $800 home office expense budget and $1,500 professional development allowance
- Annual health care stipend of $1,000
- Based in Vancouver opportunity to work from home with a coworking space available for the team

Salary:
$65,000.00 per year
