Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities:

Build trust and rapport with a very large client list and respond to surveys.
Assist with issues and any escalations that may arise.
Respond to clients in a timely manner and provide accurate answers.
Monitor and maintain client satisfaction through followups to solve client problems.
Review client strategies and schedule meetings/follow ups.
Ask for referrals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Minimum 2+ years of experience.
Proficiency in using documentation tools and software such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
Strong customer service, relationship management, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
