Job responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of Sales Support Representatives' work by performing quality assurance
Provide training and coaching to Sales Support team members
Respond to and resolve escalated customer issues
Facilitate the creation and collection of customers' documents from submission to funding
Using a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records and documents
Facilitate the audit and funding of customer transactions
Escalate problems or situations to the appropriate manager for resolution

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a resultsoriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success
Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards performance goals
Detail oriented and able to identify errors
Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
2+ years of experience in financial services
Previous supervisory experience required
Postsecondary diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset
