Eagle Copters Maintenance Ltd. (ECML) is a Calgary-based company offering complete helicopter fleet management support to operators since 1975. We offer purchasing, selling, leasing, maintenance, and overhaul of helicopters in the global marketplace.

Hours:_ 7 am - 4:00 pm with an hour lunch

Duties & Responsibilities:_

  • Invoice Processing.
  • Assess and monitor customer credit limits.
  • Conduct collections activities to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate and analyze AR reports to assess the financial health of customer accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve account receivable processes.
  • Provide accruals regarding outstanding invoices for month end.
  • Reconciling all AR related Accounts for Month End process.
  • Perform related clerical duties including setting up electronic files, and reception coverage.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:_

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or related financial roles.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • General accounting skills, as well knowledge of commodity taxes (GST and PST).
  • Enthusiasm, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast pasted environment.
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Experience with Sage 300 would be an asset but not required.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic must possess a high degree of cultural awareness, respect, and sensitivity.
