What you will do:


  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures by assisting in ensuring best practices are adhered to at centre level (eg. schedule management, patient recall process, patient database and files)
  • Provide operations support for companywide initiatives such as new product launches, toolkit additions, pricing updates, etc.
  • Understanding industry changes and implications to centre operations
  • Documenting centre needs and risk analysis to support project management in executing successful centre relocations, buildouts, and closures
  • Maintain constant communication with centre teams and managers to understand opportunities in various regions
  • Lead, motivate, and support organization on new initiatives/projects
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to improve systems and processes
  • Other related duties as assigned

What we are looking for:


  • Degree or in Business, Operations or a combination of education/experience
  • 2 years of demonstrable success in an operations manager role
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external customers and other stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders (peers, leadership, suppliers, customers, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite products
  • Ability to work independently and identifying priorities, shifting as needed
  • Industry experience a strong asset as well as understanding industry trends

Salary:
$78,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
