Personal Lines Producer - Insurance
Make your mark as a top Sales Producer in a growing industry.

In this high-volume sales role, you will use your Personal Insurance expertise to identify and produce new business, while ensuring your customers have the coverage they need.

This is a remote position, reporting to the Digital Sales Manager.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Target new business and digital sales leads opportunities
Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services, ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements
Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
Quote new business through outbound calls and walkin clients
Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
Prospect and upsell when talking to customers on all lines of business sold
Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
Continuous selfdevelopment, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

The value you bring

General Insurance Level 1 License and insurance industry knowledge is required
Sales experience required
Experience providing excellent customer service
Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
A desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don't know something, ask
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
Passionate about helping people, selfdriven, and determined to succeed

Hours:
Full-Time, Permanent - Availibility to work a total of 37.5 hours/week within Digital Sales Team operating hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 8:00pm (MST), select Saturdays 9:00am - 4:30pm (MST), and occasionally Statutory Holidays 9:00am - 5:00pm (MST)
