Responsibilities
- Book calls with Onboarding Specialists for new Jobber customers clearly positioning the value of onboarding sessions driving strong attendance rates
- Handle objections by matching customer concerns to Jobber solutions articulating the value of training to achieve consistent booking results
- Complete high volume daily interactions (90+) to reach maximum number customers efficiently effectively handle inbound internal inquiries related bookings onboarding specialist coordination scheduling needs teams Support Sales support scheduled workshops as moderator answering questions live chat escalating larger inquiries host when appropriate provide post-session insights product leadership partners collaborate Customer Onboarding Program Manager influence ongoing development 1-Many programs track accurate consistent information existing tools smooth onboarding experiences reliable reporting contribute team initiatives projects capacity allows prioritizing daily customer outcomes continuously develop skills feedback peers leaders brainstorm plan execute experiments test ways reaching communicating value onboarding bring genuine care energy ideas continually improve supporting customers stage journey
