Responsibilities

Provide basic information to general inquiries relating to our Service Operations, using common sense and discretion in divulging company information
Handle switchboard duties in a friendly, efficient, and tactful manner, including taking all incoming calls, redirecting calls, and taking messages if necessary.
Work Collaboratively with Sales and Service to drive appointments and bookings
Demonstrate sensitivity toward customers and strong interest in exceeding customers' expectations.
Communicate with customers to set and confirm service appointments
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Works with all departments in the dealership, charts and monitors daily activities.
Capable of project a positive image every time you place or receive a telephone call.
Is capable of addressing customer hesitation and resistance with patience and empathy.
Schedule and book appointments for Service
Promote special service programs

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years related work experience preferably in an automotive dealership (e.g. Customer Service, sales or call centre role)
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook exposure minimum of 1 year
Dealership experience is an asset
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Display positive energy
