LMS Lawyers LLP seeking a hard-working, and dedicated Litigation Lawyer to join our expanding team in Ottawa. As a well-established firm, we take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

We are looking for a driven individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and Estates.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and navigate complex legal issues.
Attend court appearances, examinations, and settlement conferences.
Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication.

Requirements:

Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
