LMS Lawyers LLP seeking a hard-working, and dedicated Litigation Lawyer to join our expanding team in Ottawa. As a well-established firm, we take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients.We are looking for a driven individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with our team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in various litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and Estates.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop case strategies and navigate complex legal issues.
- Attend court appearances, examinations, and settlement conferences.
- Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication.
Requirements:
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
