Responsibilities:
- Controls cost by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste, and ensuring high quality of practice.
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Handling guest complaints and responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that employee recruitment and training, operations, food preparation, food safety and sanitation, and security practices comply with the company's regulations.
- Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories.
- Training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Manage entire restaurant operation, which includes daily decision
- Proper scheduling and planning while upholding standards, consistently excellent product quality and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Provide employees with consistent and appropriate feedback to facilitate their development and enhance the overall operation. Ensure that all employees adhere to the company's standards.
- Perform line checks in the galley throughout the shift to ensure proper weights, temperatures, cleanliness and organization.
- Interview, hire, and conduct orientations to ensure a positive first step for all employees.
- Completing all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
- Prepare food production checklists and ensure the proper implementation of all company recipes as required.
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
Job Requirements:
- 35 Years fullservice restaurant.
- Leadership and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards on food storage and handling techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
