- Plan and coordinate all technical aspects of assigned projects, with regards to pedestrian wind and snow drifting
- Conduct analysis for pedestrian wind and snow drifting projects
- Write technical project reports including the methodology, results and recommendations
- Work under the general supervision of senior staff with latitude for the exercise of independent judgment
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic interest in aspects of building design related to microclimate issues

- Engineering, urban planning, architecture, physical science or related environmental science degree or diploma
- Eligibility for professional status with a professional organization, or professional designation ( preferred)
- Demonstrated initiative, independent thinker, independent problem-solving methods/capabilities
- Working understanding of architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD, SketchUp, REVIT, and QGIS is an asset
- Knowledge of wind tunnel analysis is an asset
- Ability to successfully meet and manage numerous project deadlines at once
