Description

The role
As an Retail Sales Associate. You'll give exceptional customer service by matching people with gear that suits their needs. You will set up product displays, work with a great team to keep that store looking great. If you love the outdoors, learning about gear and connecting with people, this is the role for you.

  • Chat with customer about products and their need.
  • Ask openended questions to understand customer needs.
  • Share your knowledge with both customers and staff.
  • Be part of a team of staffers who takes pride in keeping the store in tiptop shape.
  • Learn about new products, technology and features.

Salary:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour

Experience:

- hiking: 1 year (preferred)
