    The role we offer:

    By joining our installation and delivery team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the simulator realization. Are you ready to be involved in the following tasks?

  • Integrate the centralized resources assignment process to the civil (high/low volume) projects software development.Manage resources requests (how to have them as precise as possible)How to fulfill the projects resources needs.Establish the various scenarios considering deliverables milestones and project dates changes and propose associated recommendationsPredict the impactDefinition of the scenarios in collaboration with:The Software Development LeadersThe Technical LeadersThe colleagues responsible of resources assignments
  • Put in place and execute the process in continuous improvement modeIdentify software development resources based on:Resources availability,Resources competencies (expertise and levels of expertise gained) and other personal factors,Business requirements (technologies, options, customer expectations, project schedule, budget).
  • First point of contact for resources requests, coming from:Other Engineering managers or other organizations.Project managers, if required
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on next months projects workload
  • Our ideal candidate has:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or College degree with applicable experience
  • Strong planning skills

  • Excellent communications skills in french and english
