We are a franchise that states "Wood Refinishing Done Right". Our main focus is refinishing kitchen cabinets and we also reface as well. We are growing at a fast rate and have an opening to join our team. We strive for excellent customer service which is our #1 priority

This position requires working in our small office/showroom. This job requires you to wear a company logo shirt as a uniform.

You would be first contact for the customers either on the phone or in person so it is important to make a good first impression.

Being kind, helpful and caring makes for a great customer experience. Lots of regular office duties, paperwork etc. but the focus is making the customer #1.

Starting off as a part time position with the goal to transition to full time as we get busier and to provide full time backup.

Job Responsibility

Answering the phone.
Talk with customers who come into the showroom, answer questions, troubleshoot any problems that they bring up, help pick colours with them.
Learn and be knowledgeable of our products and services.
Scheduling appointment and jobs to be done.
Taking deposits and collecting balance owing.
Recording expenses and quarterly prep for the bookkeeper.
Provide support to team members in the shop as needed.
Ordering supplies
Keep office clean and organized.
