Lormar Security Protection is currently seeking an experienced, mature, customer service-driven individual to work as our Front Desk Concierge Security Guard overnight at one of our condominium sites located in the Mississauga, ON area. Must be avalable Sunday to Friday overnight.

• Log and track deliveries, amenity bookings, and visitors parking

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front-line representative of our client's organizations.

Operate and maintain an organized front desk environment

Enforce of property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assets.

Monitor CCTV and card access systems

Assist with the facility bookings.

Ensure that safety and emergency protocols are completed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies

Complete walking patrols and inspections of facilities and equipment

Review, know and follow post orders as identified for site representing

Maintain safe working environment and follow the facilities health and safety procedures Duties as otherwise assigned


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Security Guard Licence (required)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (required)
