Full-time,Parttime- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
- Open, prepare and file drivers' payroll.
- Match visa receipts with the visa statements.
