Job summary
This position is responsible for ensuring all required analyses are performed as defined in the Quality Management System. The QA Coordinator provides support to Lab Technicians, serves as a leader subject matter expert for the Quality Management Food and Feed Safety Systems.
Responsibilities
- Comply with and support the fulfillment of all company environmental health safety quality policies and regulatory requirements Support department objectives lead continuous improvement initiatives foster collaboration within team members to achieve desired results in a manner aligned to our core values principles Coach mentor support develop team members providing timely constructive feedback Maintain product specifications customer documentation audits customer communication resolution Oversees sensory program at Chatham facility Contributes QA Month End reporting collaborate with Chatham Plant Corporate Finance Works closely Management team develop promote goals maintain GMPs food feed safety Serve subject matter expert food feed safety provide guidance training technical expertise ensure compliance relevant standards regulations supporting continuous improvement safety practices Provide guidance assistance quality assurance issues liaison Operations Sales Supply Chain Logistics internal external customers Provide technical troubleshooting expertise Works QC Coordinator laboratory validation verification activities recordkeeping Responsible maintaining high standard housekeeping advocating S opportunities within facility Participate project execution continuous improvement initiatives including MOC Root Cause Analysis HAZOP design review Identified delegate back up QA Manager QC Coordinator necessary Other duties responsibilities aligned business objectives support core principles
