We are looking for an

_ Infrastructure Specialist_ to join our Application Web Platform Engineering team.

Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Montreal, Toronto, London, Winnipeg.

What you will do

Work with the team to drive efficiencies through the development and implementation of automation and process improvements
Provide consultation and support for 2nd level support team, including participation in incident and problem resolution
Be available for changes outside normal office hours

What you will bring

Degree or diploma in a related discipline (computer science) or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Minimum 5 years' experience within IT environment
Significant experience with scripting for the automation of operational processes (Unix shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, YAML)
Experience with Ansible Tower/AWX and sourcecode management (Git)
Experience with the following products a definite asset:
IBM WebSphere Application Server, JBOSS, and Tomcat
IBM IHS, Microsoft IIS, and Apache HTTP Server
General operational knowledge of both Unix and Windows systems
Knowledge of Splunk for data analysis, dashboard setup, and report creation (nice to have)
Knowledge of security management principles
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Solid communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
