designed to be flexible to accommodate future ground movements, enabling us to resurface cracked and old asphalt, concrete, pavers, tile, and can be applied over any subfloor.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:

  • Collaborating with leadership team to create innovative sales strategies and support overall business development for the company
  • Building valuable new relationships with industry professionals to generate business opportunities, expand sales territories within British Columbia and grow existing markets
  • Establishing targets, managing sales funnels, and implementing the best processes to meet and exceed team goals
  • Ensuring a vibrant presence at annual trade shows and sales events, while securing a spot at the newest, leading industry events
  • Championing the sales team's ability to improve sales performance on an ongoing basis, including evaluating new and missed opportunities
  • Creating engaging sales training programs in order to motivate sales teams and inspire investment in company growth
  • Hitting the pavement as needed to join sales calls in order to support, coach and help close potential business opportunities
  • Working with the leadership team to enhance interdepartmental collaboration and minimize roadblocks in the customer journey
  • Collaborating across departments to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, client loyalty and business referrals
  • Promoting a culture of accountability across sales teams
  • Establishing policies and procedures that help promote company culture and vision, including adapting to evolving client priorities
  • Supporting with recruitment, onboarding and training, including working directly with the
President and HR Administrator
