Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience with Intellimatch
• Strong Financial Data Analysis and Reconciliation experience
• Capital Markets experience and financial background
• Business-oriented Business Analysis experience, rather than system analysis
• Attention to detail, ability to drive requirement discussions, communicate with users, and work on proof of concepts
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong facilitation skills to clarify requirements
• Experience translating requirements into technical specifications for developers
• SQL experience and database knowledge

Must Have:

• IntelliMatch application experience (SunGard reconciliation software), Crystal Reports, and Cognos report development experience
• Quick learner of organizational structure, business strategies, and processes
• Knowledge of business process modeling and process mapping
• Ability to write clear and structured business requirements documents
