We are currently looking for a
CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Install, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems.
Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Repair/rebuild/replace parts where required.
Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when completing jobs.
Preventative Maintenance (PM) of various types of machines including determining what maintenance is required.
Track and document PM reports & downtime.
Conduct general facility maintenance tasks.
Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks and forklifts to position machinery and parts during the installation, setup and repair of machinery.
Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or setup of machinery.
Work safety with a range of hand tools.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Millwright Certification - asset:

2 to 4 years' experience working as a CNC Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment or similar job.
Indepth knowledge of CNC Lathe and Milling machinery an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills working within a teambased environment.
Strong ability to work independently to complete assignments promptly while maintaining the high standards required in our industry.
Experience using lifting devices (cranes and forklifts).

Salary:
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
