We are currently looking for a
CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Install, align, dismantle and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment using hand and power tools.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and electric systems.
  • Repair and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns. Repair/rebuild/replace parts where required.
  • Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when completing jobs.
  • Preventative Maintenance (PM) of various types of machines including determining what maintenance is required.
  • Track and document PM reports & downtime.
  • Conduct general facility maintenance tasks.
  • Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks and forklifts to position machinery and parts during the installation, setup and repair of machinery.
  • Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or setup of machinery.
  • Work safety with a range of hand tools.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Millwright Certification - asset:

  • 2 to 4 years' experience working as a CNC Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment or similar job.
  • Indepth knowledge of CNC Lathe and Milling machinery an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills working within a teambased environment.
  • Strong ability to work independently to complete assignments promptly while maintaining the high standards required in our industry.
  • Experience using lifting devices (cranes and forklifts).

Salary:
$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
