Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android) to maintain, improve, and develop new features for the Vivo Control mobile applications.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve existing iOS and Android applications
- Develop and ship new features with high reliability
- Fix bugs, performance issues, and edge-case failures
- Ensure smooth releases to Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Improve app stability, speed, and user experience
- Work with backend APIs (authentication, video, access control logic)
Implement updates related to:
- Video calls
- Push notifications
- User permissions and roles
- QR-based access flows
- Participate in technical planning and architecture decisions
- OS updates compatibility (iOS / Android)
- Dependency and SDK updates
- Crash monitoring and performance optimization
- App security best practices
Technical Requirements
Required
- Experience developing native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
Solid understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Authentication flows
- Push notifications
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps in both app stores
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience with:
- Video or real-time communication features
- Access control, IoT, or security-related apps
- Hotwire Native, React Native, or hybrid architectures
- Familiarity with backend collaboration (Rails, APIs, web services)
- Experience working on production apps with real users
