Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fixed Operations Manager to join our Nissan dealership.

As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our service and parts departments, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the service and parts departments, including service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel.

Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing guidance and support throughout their service and parts experiences.

Implement strategies to increase service and parts department profitability, including upselling services, promoting parts sales, and optimizing departmental productivity.

Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.


Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive customer retention and attract new customers to the service and parts departments.

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure seamless dealership operations.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into service and parts department operations as appropriate.

Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures related to service and parts operations.

Hire, train, and mentor service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations within the service and parts departments.


Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving departmental goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

In-depth knowledge of automotive service and parts operations, including diagnostic procedures, technical expertise, and parts management.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service and parts department goals and objectives.

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in utilizing dealership management systems and software for fixed operations.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
