Join our team

We are a family owned and operated dealership, that has been serving the Brantford community for over 50 years. Brant County Ford is fully equipped to give our customers that full service experience.

Along with the Sales and Parts and Service departments, we have our own Detail Shop, and our own CSN Collision Centre.

We are currently seeking an experienced parts person to join our successful team.


Responsibilities:

Work closely with the technicians, to identify correct parts needed for repairs.

Source parts through various avenues.

Order, receive and verify parts as requested on work orders.

Label and store parts in an organized manner.

Enter parts into system and communicate availability to staff.

Prepare parts for return and accurately return for credit.

Work with other parts staff and assist as needed and directed by management.

Will need to regularly lift up to 50lbs


Qualifications:

Previous experience in a parts advisor role is required.

Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.

Dealership experience is a plus.

Ability to use multiple computer systems in tandem.

Knowledge of Reynolds would be an asset.

Knowledge of parts inventory and automotive repair is necessary.

Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.

Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Must have a valid class G Driver's license.

Forklift license preferred. (willing to train)


Pay:
$40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Experience:
