- A minimum of 4+ years experience as a Lead DevOps Engineer
- A minimum of 2+ years experience leading a team of DevOps engineers
- 5+ years' experience in SharePoint Online
- 2+ years' experience in Teams
- Experience with AWS is an added asset.
- Experience with containerization, scripting languages, and managing CI/CD infrastructure.
- 5+ years expertise in utilizing infrastructure configuration management systems.
- 5 + years of comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, architecture, platform migrations, and cloud technologies and security principles and practices.
- 3+ years of expertise with cloud deployment
- Familiarity with common software code management practices, including branching and merging.
- Strong working knowledge of public cloud environments, specifically Azure.
- Expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, as well as interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple activities of varying complexity within tight time constraints.
