JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients looking for photography services
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
• Assist customers with navigating our online ordering system GotPhoto
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
• Utilize our Pixifi CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role
• Strong knowledge of automation, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical users
• Experience in customer service is critical
• Proficient in using Pixifi or CRM systems to manage customer relationships
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
