Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Staff member at Breka Bakery & Cafe.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to work independently, and possess excellent physical stamina to lift heavy equipment (50lbs/25kg).

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including dishes, baking equipment, and utensils.
• Remove trash, recycling, and compost from the premises.
• Sweep and mop all floors, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
• Clean washrooms and scrub the edges of the floors.
• Wipe down walls and vents to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Dust high ceilings and vacuum all areas.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as required.
