Our challengeWe are looking for a skilled Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic machine learning team to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI solutions, including Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI).
The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and expertise in prompt engineering, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective AI prompts and code.
The Role – Prompt EngineerResponsibilities:
Work within a machine learning squad focused on AI, ML, and Gen AI solutions.
Engage with clients and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business needs for prompt engineering and Python development.
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of internal Python libraries.
Participate actively in prompt engineering, ensuring prompts are up-to-date with the latest LLM versions.
Conduct regular testing, performance evaluation, and benchmarking of prompts and models.
Monitor ongoing model performance and implement improvements as required.
Requirements:
Excellent prompt engineering skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in Python application development.
Strong Python programming skills.
Proven experience with OpenAI and various Large Language Models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience with testing, performance analysis, and benchmarking of AI models.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred (but not required)
Experience with machine learning and vector databases.
Cloud-based application development, preferably using Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Prior experience developing FinTech applications.
Exposure to working in a global delivery environment
