Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Controller. Based in Hope, BC, the Financial Controller will handle financial management responsibilities, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and managing accounting functions. The role also involves financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to guide decision-making. The hybrid arrangement allows for a combination of on-site work and remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting and accurate financial record maintenance
• Excellent Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and compliance
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Familiarity with the Aggregate, Mining, or related industrial sectors is an advantage
