Experienced Crew Leader/Service Technician Wanted

With a focus on gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, graffiti removal, dryer vent cleaning, snow removal, salting, and holiday lights installation, we take immense pride in delivering exceptional service.


We are currently seeking a full-time Crew Leader/Service Technician available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with schedule flexibility.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure flawless execution of all services, consistently exceeding client expectations.
  • Prioritize safety for yourself and your team members.
  • Work independently or collaboratively, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Confidently speak with customers and solve problems.
  • Comfortably work at heights up to 40 ft.
  • Embrace a positive, energetic work environment.

Position Requirements:

  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to safety protocols.
  • Maintain physical fitness to lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
  • Experience in exterior washing would be preferred.
  • Experience as a team leader would be preferred.
  • Must be willing to stay local for the winter season to service our winter contract customers.
  • Experience running snow removal equipment would be an asset.

$30.00-$35.00 per hour
