Rock Truck Operator to join our team.

Skills and Responsibilities

Perform pre and post trip circle checks
Knowledge of dumping and hauling procedures
Knowledge of 30, 35, 40 ton articulate rock trucks considered an asset
Working in mining sector is an asset
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System and best practices within areas of responsibility.
Satisfactory health, attendance, and former employment history.
Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess a valid driver's license, have an acceptable driving record as well as have a means of transportation.

Requirements:

Current License
Clean driver's abstract

- minimum 1 yr driving experience with Rock trucks or a similar truck
- will require to get NORCAT indocs and site-specific orientations ( supplied )
- training courses are required as you are on Vale Property

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour
