We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pristine environment for both residential Airbnb turnovers and commercial spaces.

Cedar and Stone is a locally-owned business with a growing portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

We have several short-term rentals in Thunder Bay and provide cleaning for our commercial tenants as well Our mission is to provide elevated spaces and exceptional support to our tenants.

We are looking for a cleaner to join our team to complete the cleaning and turnover for our short-term rental units, as well as in our commercial suites.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional cleaning results.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning procedures and guidelines.
• Flexibility to work seven days a week from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
• Availability to work during weekends and holidays, as required.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Additional Details:

• Each cleaning takes approximately 3 hours, and some days there may be 2 cleanings booked (6 hours of work)
• Instruction, checklists and training are provided
• All cleaning supplies are provided
• Some weeks there may be mínimal cleanings, some weeks may have multiple cleanings
• Average is 1012 cleanings per month at the shortterm rentals, plus weekly standard commercial cleaning schedule
• Opportunity to expand into other areas within our company

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

$30.00 per hour
