Responsibilities:


  • Support the project team on large interdisciplinary projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with procurement tasks, including vendor management, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decisionmaking and projectplanning processes.
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables, milestones, and action items.
  • Support project communications, including internal and external stakeholder updates.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits as required.
  • Schedule of 11 days on 3 off rotation, camp accommodations provided.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator on earthworks projects is a must.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Potashmining projects is preferred.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field is an asset.
