Responsibilities:
- Support the project team on large interdisciplinary projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with procurement tasks, including vendor management, bid evaluations, and contract administration.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decisionmaking and projectplanning processes.
- Assist in tracking project deliverables, milestones, and action items.
- Support project communications, including internal and external stakeholder updates.
- Participate in project meetings, workshops, and site visits as required.
- Schedule of 11 days on 3 off rotation, camp accommodations provided.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator on earthworks projects is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract administration is an asset.
- Familiarity with Potashmining projects is preferred.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field is an asset.
