Do you love toddlers?Airdrie Christian Childcare is looking to hire a Full Time Early Childhood Educator to join our toddler room. This position would be full time from Mon-Fri.
Duties include:
Working with children (ages 9mths - 11years but mostly toddlers); Ensuring to support and care for children according to their age and development (inc.
diapering and potty training); Following the routine schedule; Christian Program Planning; Working as a Team; Cleaning; Room Prep; etc.
We are specifically looking for staff who is knowledgeable, has excellent engagement skills with toddlers, and is able to support our busy little ones through setting boundaries and guiding with love.
Level 1 or 2 ECE Certification is required and we offer tuition reimburcement incentives to further your ECE levels.
The posted pay for this position does not include government wage top-up.
Employment requirements include:
- Level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certification
- 1st Aid Cert
- Criminal Record Check (within past 6 mths)
- 3 references, including a Christian pastoral reference
- Passion to care for children of varying abilities, including children with special needs and behavioural challenges
Salary:
$15.25-$16.25 per hour
