  • Global Banking & Markets Regulations, including CAT, FRTB, MiFID & MiFIR, UMR, Securities Financing Transactions, Volker
  • Global Markets and Banking Risk Management & Governance
  • Digital Transformation
  • Banking and Markets Operational Changes, including T+1, LIBOR
  • Data Privacy and Security
  • Data Management

How you will Contribute

  • Help clients with fulllife cycle of business change, including current state assessments, future state design and roadmap development within core global baking and markets business units
  • Perform rootcause analysis around critical processes and issues remediation
  • Performing Data Quality Assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Development of issues management response strategy and execution support
  • Development of new policies, procedures, and processes connected to performance and process improvement initiatives
  • Analyze customer and product strategies and provide performance improvement recommendations
  • Organizational design and change management
  • Achieving and maintaining high quality in work, client relations, and team relations
  • Acquiring the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty
