Job description
We are a performance-driven B2B e-commerce company with B2C volumes seeking a senior expert to design and implement a commercially actionable customer segmentation model.
This is not a reporting assignment. This is a profit architecture project.Scope:
Analyze behavioral, transactional, and marketing data (GA4, platform exports, CRM).
Design a maximum 6–8 segment framework grounded in margin, CLV, intent, and cost-to-serve.
Validate segments using statistical clustering and/or predictive modeling where appropriate.
Translate segments into concrete activation logic for:
Dynamic website content
Marketing budget allocation
Service differentiation
Define measurable business rules (SQL-ready, operational, reproducible).
Deliver a documented segmentation model ready for implementation in CMS/CRM/personalization tooling.
You must:
- Have proven experience in e commerce segmentation with direct commercial impact.
- Understand contribution margin, CAC, CLV, and operational cost structures.
- Be creative; work with available data.
- Capable of advanced analytical modeling (Python or equivalent).
- Think in economic tradeoffs, not personas.
- Deliver implementation logic, not slides.
- Delivery high quality output. We don't do mediocre. Be clear, concise on what you can and cannot achieve.
- Fluency in English is a must.
We are looking for someone who can design a scalable decision framework that drives revenue, margin, and service efficiency — not someone who produces theoretical clusters.
Expectation:
senior-level ownership, independent execution, zero hand-holding.
We expect a clear project plan, weekly updates on progress, bi weekly meetings on Friday mornings (CET).
