What You Will Do With Us

Job description

  • Ensuring proper version control of all projectrelated documentation in line with company and customer standards
  • Distribution of all project documentation as per the company / project procedures
  • Manage the receipt and control of all project documentation as per the company / project procedures from customers within a timely manner.
  • Prepare collate, and edit files, including technical manuals (OM) for relevant project requirements.
  • Review, update and communicate progress to date to the coordinator on project related activities, ensuring key deliverables are completed to relevant standard and to defined deadlines and budget.

Experience and Education Required:


  • 25 years experience in submitting documentation and record drawings for engineering or construction projects.
  • Computer literacy especially skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Nitro
  • A background in electrical engineering / previous experience deciphering and organizing engineering drawings will be considered.
  • Knowledge and previous experience of transmittal portals such as Aconex, Fusion Live, and McLaren is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in an extremely fastpaced environment with competing tight deadlines is required.
