Operations Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determine priority status, and make referrals to appropriate staff or provide requested information.
- Coordinate frontliners activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to work flow.
- Scheduling jobsite and dispatching frontliners
- Create invoice and quotes, process payments, and account receivable
- Backup of sales team
- Arrange and coordinate shipping of products
- Inventory stock management
- Compile and maintain records, statistical information, and reports
- Establish and maintain various filing and records management system
- Instruct different departments for deliveries
- Perform other related work if requested
- Prepare forms and sheets needed by frontliners including attendance sheet, cc form and so on.
- Other duties or projects as assigned from time to time.

- Proficiency in MS Office products

- Chinese speaking is a plus
Credentials
- Education: College diploma / university degree or minimum 4 years of experience.

Salary:
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
