In the last 5 years, this team has been working on bringing its next generation conscious fiber optic infrastructure design to the region.

Valley Fiber has formed many partnerships with industry-leading developers to create and finalize its innovative design. We are hiring a Billing Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position, who will report to the Billing & Accounts Manager.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with various billing needs and inquiries including processing payments, enforcing payment deadlines, customer account suspensions, and updating billing information as required.
  • Process tickets, customer payments, package upgrades, and account hibernations.

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of French (or other languages) is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working efficiently in a fastpaced office environment
  • Performing well under pressure
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to deal with highly sensitive information
  • Working independently and the ability to collaborate as a team player
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective problemsolving capabilities
  • High level of flexibility with changing priorities
  • Motivated and able to complete tasks with little to no supervision
