Role and Responsibilities
-
Led the re-platforming project for
our new product, overseeing all aspects of the transition, from concept to execution. Coordinate with development, design, and customer success teams to ensure successful project completion, go-to-market plan, and customer adoption.

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to gather customer feedback, identify areas for product improvement, and formulate a comprehensive roadmap of
    our legacy product. Drive the successful execution of the roadmap by overseeing the development process to enhance our legacy product.
  • Evaluate the existing features of the legacy product, analyzing to identify key functionalities that should be migrated to the new product. Oversees development teams to prioritize features transfers based on market research, and customer feedback. Develop and execute a
    migration strategy, ensuring a seamless transition of valuable features from the legacy to the new product.
  • Work in tandem with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to conduct thorough
    competitive analysis, identifying both strengths and weaknesses relative to key competitors. Provide insights and contribute to the development of strategic content ideas that enhance our product positioning and collaborate on crafting a roadmap that addresses identified areas for a competitive edge.
  • Establish and maintain
    reporting mechanisms for all aspects related to product management. Develop and deliver regular reports, encompassing key performance indicators, product development progress, customer feedback trends, lost and win analysis, and market insights. Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into the product lifecycle, enabling informed decisionmaking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing, including successful product launches and customer migration.
  • Proven experience in project management, including setting and sticking to deadlines, identifying KPIs, and analyzing/reporting results.
  • Strong background in product management, ideally within a technology or software company.
  • B2B experience

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a pragmatic marketing framework.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to customer feedback and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.

Pay:
$75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
