JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
The Technical Support Audiologist plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences by providing expertise and support to resolve technical and audiological issues.
In this fast-paced position you will:
- Handle support calls and proactively contact customers to fix issues.
- Use your audiological knowledge to troubleshoot and find solutions.
- Test new software and products prior to release.
- Meet key performance indicators for call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain continuing education and professional licensing requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and team members
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
- Have a Master's degree in Audiology
Knowledge / Technical Requirements
You are passionate about helping others and:
- Have 2+ years' experience hearing aid dispensing background.
- Have 2+ years of clinical audiology experience.
- Have 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- Are fluent in English and French
Competencies, Skills & Abilities
- Are computer literate with MS Office, Outlook, etc.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Can work independently and travel (infrequently) if required
