JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB


The Technical Support Audiologist plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences by providing expertise and support to resolve technical and audiological issues.

Directly enable customers to hear better and improve their lives.

In this fast-paced position you will:

  • Handle support calls and proactively contact customers to fix issues.
  • Use your audiological knowledge to troubleshoot and find solutions.
  • Test new software and products prior to release.
  • Meet key performance indicators for call resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain continuing education and professional licensing requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and team members
We provide ongoing training and mentorship to develop your audiological, technical, and customer service skills. This role offers opportunities to advance your career over time by building expertise.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

  • Have a Master's degree in Audiology

Knowledge / Technical Requirements

You are passionate about helping others and:

  • Have 2+ years' experience hearing aid dispensing background.
  • Have 2+ years of clinical audiology experience.
  • Have 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Are fluent in English and French

Competencies, Skills & Abilities

  • Are computer literate with MS Office, Outlook, etc.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Can work independently and travel (infrequently) if required
