Evolve is headquartered in Beverly Hills, with teams in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, London, Melbourne, and Sydney.


Overview:

Evolve Media is looking for a salesperson to join the team to help develop and grow the Canadian market.

The Account Executive will work with Evolve's portfolio of lifestyle focused websites to develop relationships with key agency groups and clients in Toronto and throughout the broader Canadian region.

The Account Executive will report to the VP, Brand Partnerships and Operations, North America.


Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, maintain, and grow revenuegenerating relationships with advertisers and agencies
• Create proposals and respond timely to RFP's based on agencies' and/or clients' goals and objectives
• Work with internal groups (marketing, research, strategy, etc.) to prospect new business, to ensure campaign success and to grow Evolve's position in the marketplace
• Partner with the sales leadership to identify opportunities for new incremental business
• Report and track all revenue including sales activity and deal pipeline
• Participate in industry events to build Evolve's brand presence
• Represent Evolve with the highest level of integrity

Requirements:

• Must have a background in advertising/agency sales and digital media experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals and excel in a competitive market
• A minimum of 2 years advertising sales experience, with a specific focus on Digital Media
• Establish a rolodex of agency and client decisionmakers across multiple categories
• Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with clients
• Driven, selfstarter who can execute and deliver without daytoday management
• Strong account development, customer service and followup skills
• Excellent oral, planning, organizational, and time management skills
• College degree required
• Potential traveling required

Pay:
$80,000.00 per year
