Commercial Forming Construction Project Manager - Greater Toronto Area, Canada - Prima Forming Ltd.

Description

• Oversee and manage commercial/ industrial concrete forming construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Coordinate and communicate with our C.E.O, employees, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Coordinate within our team to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors onsite
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Be on site daily to inspect work progress and address any concerns or issues

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or proven experience as a

• Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam)
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
• Familiarity with construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong leadership abilities to manage construction teams and subcontractors
• Exceptional problemsolving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
• Up to date training completed for Working at Heights, WHMIS and OHSA

• GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Project management: 3 years (preferred)
