- 3-4+ years of experience in marketing and media analytics.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and structured thinking.
- Strong communication skills and business writing capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Experience in retail media, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
