YOU LOVE TO:

Open and maintain customer records in Tracx and PFW;
Add all sales related documents to the customer account;
Take care of invoicing for small tractors and other equipment;
Make receipts for customers;
Collect payments due from customers;
Prepare all documents for the sales people;
Assist the Branch Manager and the Service Department in the followups for the delivery of new equipment;
Prepare ATAC's and temporary registrations;
Assist in following up on insurance claims;
Request the preparation of financing contracts by Tracs and assemble them;
Send financing files from John Deere Financial to Laval;
All other related administrative tasks.

YOU HAVE IDEALLY:

High School Diploma;
Functional English: an asset in order to serve the Englishspeaking clientele related to the position;
Two years' experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
Good computer knowledge (Excel)
Basic accounting notions is an asset;
Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
