Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Taxi Driver to join our team.

As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely and efficient manner.

Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of local routes will ensure a positive experience for our passengers.


Duties:

• Safely operate a taxi vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with loading and unloading their belongings
• Maintain a clean and wellmaintained vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or concerns
• Collect fares and handle cash transactions accurately
• Navigate efficiently using GPS or knowledge of local routes to reach destinations
• Adhere to schedules and prioritize pickup requests based on passenger needs
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other drivers using twoway radios or mobile devices
• Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of passenger information Skills:
• Cash handling: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change to passengers
• Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction
• Driving: Proficient driving skills with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Time management: Ability to manage time effectively to meet pickup schedules and deliver passengers promptly
• Commercial driving: Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and ability to operate a taxi vehicle safely Note: A valid driver's license is required for this position. Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
