We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Supervisor (Loyalty) to join our More Rewards team in Langley, BC.


Reporting to the More Rewards Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and enhance the loyalty program experience through offline and digital channels.

While digital marketing will be a key focus, supporting the program in-store will also be crucial to this role.


You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with More Rewards' (Loyalty) business goals.
  • Overseeing daytoday management of marketing campaigns ensuring they are optimized and rolled out online and instore correctly.
  • Supporting frontline managers to ensure teams have the information and materials to execute campaigns.
  • Coaching small teams providing support and career development as needed.
  • Managing all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measuring ROI and KPIs and preparing budgets in alignment with marketing goals.
  • Staying uptodate with digital technology developments and potential new channels or strategies.
  • Analyzing customer behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multichannel attribution.

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a loyalty program or retail setting.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.

You are:

  • A datadriven decisionmaker comfortable with analyzing and interpreting marketing data.
  • Familiar with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, search engine optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator with a creative mindset and ability to ideate and execute compelling content.
  • Able to build and maintain essential relationships across all business functions.
  • Selfaware, empathetic, and possess a high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
