Job Overview:


GSP Services is a family run business seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant with drive to join our team.

We are committed to delivering high quality services to our clients and treating them as extended family as well This is a full-time position with regular office hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an effective communication with technicians and customers, to coordinate efficiently.
  • Prioritize emergency call outs.
  • Coordinate with technicians & customers on timeline throughout the day.
  • Act as a communicator between the customers and technicians.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce stress that comes with last minute schedule changes.
  • Relay details from customers and technicians to ensure quality service is provided to clients.
  • Respond to customers requests and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage and Book Permits and Inspections booked through the city websites advise technician of eta for inspection and when permits are approved.
  • Input BSI (backflow)Testing through BSI
  • Manage the technicians/the hours on work orders, cross check with ADP.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required

Experience:


  • Familiarity with plumbing terminology and processes.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for this role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience working at a plumbing company is considered an asset.

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
